Is V-Farms a regulated company?
Yes. We are a registered company (Reg: 2015/365790/07 ) in South Africa and governed by the Companies Act 71 of 2008. Although, we are not a financial services institution according to the Rules and Regulations of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), V-farms is regulated by the FSCA, which is the market conduct regulator of financial institutions that provide financial products and services.
What is V-farms BEE level?
V-farms is a Level 1 company that is 100% black-owned and 50% female owned.
How do I get paid and how often?
vFarms pays you at the end of the investment period depending on your chosen asset, by directly transferring it into your vFarms wallet or your chosen bank account.
